Through our whistleblower and complaints platform, we would like to give you the opportunity to draw our attention to possible grievances, violations of the law or breaches of regulations.
Your information helps us to comply with legal requirements and to continuously improve our actions in line with our corporate values.

Every report will be treated confidentially. Your identity will be protected in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Reports will not lead to disadvantages or reprisals.

REPORTING CONTENTS

In particular, you can provide information on:
– violations of applicable laws (e.g. HinSchG, Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz (LkSG))
– violations of our internal compliance guidelines, the Code of Conduct for Suppliers or other ethical standards
