The topic of training and further education is particularly important to us as a family business. Well-trained specialists are extremely important for us as a company – but traditional vocational training or a dual study program, i.e. a combination of vocational training and studies, is also an excellent investment in the future for the trainee. After all, skilled workers are in demand everywhere – both today and in the future!

Accordingly, we offer young people the opportunity year after year to start a technical or commercial apprenticeship with us or to complete a dual study program in a technical or commercial field and then continue working in our company.

Dual study programs combine practical vocational qualifications with a degree course. This enables students to achieve a high level of training that combines practical experience with theoretical knowledge. The electrical engineering and business administration courses are of particular importance to us. On the one hand, because valuable development work is carried out at the universities, on the other hand, a company like ours always needs well-trained young talent. So it makes sense for us to get involved and offer support wherever we can – due to our regional proximity, we cooperate closely with the universities in Koblenz and Remagen.
