KSV Koblenzer Steuerungs- und Verteilungsbau GmbH took part in the CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) again in 2025 and was awarded a “B” rating for its transparency and commitment to climate protection.
This makes us one of around 20,000 companies that were assessed by CDP in 2025. In total, more than 22,100 companies worldwide submitted their environmental data in the same year.
With our award, we were able to achieve the best rating in the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) category, putting us above the industry and regional average.
CDP is a leading independent global environmental organization whose ratings are used by investors and companies to make sustainable and climate-related decisions.
This award confirms our commitment to firmly anchoring sustainability and responsibility in our corporate strategy.

KSV Koblenzer Steuerungs- und Verteilungsbau GmbH is pleased to announce that the company has been recognized by kununu as a Top Company for 2024 – for the third time in a row. This prestigious recognition underlines KSV’s ongoing commitment to excellent working conditions and an outstanding corporate culture.

KSV in-house exhibition 2023 inspires visitors and exhibitors KSV’s in-house exhibition was an absolute success and a great day for all visitors and exhibitors.
Numerous participants came together to gain insights into the latest developments in the industry through interesting presentations, lively discussions and innovative products.
The event, which took place in the KSV premises and event tents, offered participants the opportunity to expand their knowledge, make contacts and learn from the experiences of other experts.
Both exhibitors and visitors were impressed by the variety and quality of the products and solutions presented.
Particularly noteworthy were the interesting presentations by our guest speakers, who provided exciting insights into current trends and forward-looking concepts.
Topics such as modern engineering, sustainability and financing were the focus and provided stimulating discussions and new ideas.
Another highlight was undoubtedly the employee and family party that took place after the trade fair.
With delicious food, entertainment and great music, the day ended in a relaxed atmosphere with the families.

KSV – Koblenzer Steuerungs- und Verteilungsbau GmbH’s long-standing participation in the “Reading newspapers makes trainees fit” project not only strengthens the general knowledge of its trainees, but also their reading skills. KSV has been actively involved in this project for many years and has had extremely positive experiences. The program offers young talents the opportunity to improve their skills in reading and understanding newspaper articles, which proves to be extremely valuable for their professional development. Regular newspaper reading encourages trainees to engage with current events and issues. This approach not only helps to increase their general knowledge, but also enhances their ability to analyze and extract information from complex texts. “We are proud to be part of this project and to see positive results in our trainees. It is important that young people develop the ability to critically question information and form their own opinions. A solid foundation of general knowledge and reading skills will not only help them in their professional lives, but also in their private lives,” explains Andreas Frink, Managing Director of KSV. KSV has set itself the goal of preparing its trainees for the challenges of the future in the best possible way.
